Job description:
- Handle bookkeeping, ensuring accurate and timely financial record-keeping
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax-related documents
- Maintain records fixed assets and documentation related to their warehouse operations
- Assist in the preparation financial statements and budgets according to schedules
- Support tax audits and the preparation of tax returns
- Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial information and summarize their financial status
- Spend time covering businesses – specifically financial needs and goals
- Prepare financial statements
Uvjeti
Requirements:
- University/College Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with JOPPD and SNU forms would be considered an asset
- English: B2 level or higher
- Knowledge of how to Perform VAT entries, good working knowledge of VAT procedures
- Knowledge in Accounting and general accepted accounting principles
- Familiarity with software program 4D Wand will be considered an advantage
- Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
- Knowledge of Pantheon would be considered an advantage
