- Organize, coordinate, and manage corrective, preventive, and investment-related maintenance activities for the company’s electrical power systems, installations, equipment, and infrastructure, including the hardware and software of the Production Control System (PCS), in cooperation with and, where required, under the supervision of the Operations and Site Manager and/or Maintenance Manager.
- Prepare all required reports, statutory records, and other documentation related to electrical maintenance, investment activities, and the Production Control System (PCS), as well as maintain, archive, and regularly update technical documentation.
- Maintain records and prepare procurement proposals for electrical materials, spare parts, and Production Control System (PCS) equipment; handle technical communication with suppliers and oversee the receipt and technical acceptance of supplied materials and equipment.
- Coordinate, organize, and supervise the work of external contractors in the areas of electrical systems and the Production Control System (PCS), including the inspection and acceptance of completed work, in cooperation with the Maintenance Manager and, where required, the Operations Manager.
- Monitor and optimize the consumption and efficient use of available energy resources, including electricity, steam, and gas.
- Cooperate with the Operations and Site Manager in the planning and execution of investment projects.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Croatian legislation and Group requirements relating to occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection, as well as with the requirements and documentation of the Integrated Management System.
- Cooperate with relevant inspection and regulatory authorities on matters related to electrical systems, installations, equipment, infrastructure, and the Production Control System (PCS).
- When required and within the scope of professional competence, perform selected duties of the Investment & Engineering Manager as well as hands-on electrical maintenance tasks.
- Perform other duties and assignments as instructed by the line manager, in accordance with the employee’s qualifications, professional expertise, and work experience.
Uvjeti
Required:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Electrical Power Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the same or a similar role
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and fire prevention requirements
- Valid Category B driving license
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
Preferred:
- Experience in electrical maintenance and investment projects within the chemical industry
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO management systems and standards
- Professional certification/qualification in explosion protection (Ex/ATEX)
- Training/qualification for working with hazardous chemicals
